HEY! what do you mean "they may not be the prettiest, but they are Chicago's finest" you should call them pretty whether they are or NOT to you. Pretty is as pretty does. they are beautiful.

Not everyone is pretty. Some people are just ordinary citizens, part of the mass. They aint übermodels, or even super models. I did not say they were ugly. C'Mon!
Is it only super models or ubermodels that are pretty? Ordinary citizens are pretty. MASSES of people are pretty. guess it just depends on what you see. These three are smiling prettily at the camera for your picture.

They were very nice friendly people, but never struck me as pretty! Ever see a Chinese Crested dog? NOT pretty! A halibut? Tasty yes, pretty? Not so much!
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. These three woman are fine people, just not pretty in my book.
